Data Cloud LLC

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 17, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Data Cloud LLC ("Data Cloud," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit vdatacloud.com (the "Site").

1. Information We Collect

We do not require you to create an account or submit personal information to read the Site. We do collect:

  • Analytics data, via Google Analytics (GA4) — pages visited, approximate location (city/region level, derived from IP), device and browser type, and referring site. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish visitors.
  • Advertising data, via Google AdSense — used to serve and measure ads, and, if you've consented to advertising cookies, to personalize which ads you see based on your browsing activity across sites that use Google's advertising products.

Neither is collected until you make a choice in the cookie consent banner (or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, see §5) — both start blocked by default.

2. Cookies We Use

3. How We Use Information

We use analytics data to understand how the Site is used and to improve it. We use advertising data to generate revenue that supports the Site through Google AdSense. We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not otherwise share it with third parties except as necessary for Google Analytics and Google AdSense to operate.

4. Third-Party Processors

Google LLC processes analytics and advertising data on our behalf, subject toGoogle's Privacy Policyand, for EU/UK/Swiss visitors, Google's standard contractual clauses and/or the EU-U.S. and UK-U.S. Data Privacy Frameworks governing cross-border transfer.

5. Your Choices

Cookie consent banner: on your first visit, both Analytics and Advertising cookies are off until you explicitly accept them. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer.

Global Privacy Control (GPC): if your browser or a browser extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of both Analytics and Advertising cookies automatically, without showing the banner.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information (California): we do not sell personal information for money. Google AdSense's use of advertising cookies for ad personalization may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CCPA/CPRA — rejecting Advertising cookies in the consent banner, or sending a GPC signal, opts you out of this.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA);
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA);
  • Request deletion of your personal information (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA);
  • Object to or restrict certain processing (GDPR);
  • Data portability (GDPR);
  • Opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information and of profiling for targeted advertising (CCPA/CPRA);
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in §8 below.

7. Data Retention

Google Analytics retains event-level data for 90 days from collection, after which it is automatically deleted, per our GA4 property's data retention setting.

8. Contact

Questions about this Privacy Policy, or requests to exercise your privacy rights, can be directed through the contact information on our About page.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
